About Me

Inside the Classroom

As a kid, I despised school. The teachers didn’t care for me either. I asked too many questions. They couldn’t keep up with my wild brain, so they stuck me in a room by myself and shoved math problems through the door. I swore that if I ever became a teacher I’d be different, I’d make sure kids knew being unique is a gift, and it deserves to be celebrated. For the past decade, I’ve kept my vow, teaching and mentoring learners of all ages, helping them harness their unique talents, so they can better themselves and the world. I believe education doesn’t end with a diploma. It’s a lifelong pursuit, ever-evolving, and I’m so proud of my students, watching them pursue their dreams and become leaders in filmmaking, aeronautical engineering, medicine, architecture, theater, education, and the law.

Outside the Classroom

I’ve also ghostwritten dozens of books, which I wish I could tell you about, but what I can say is that my storytelling blends audacious humor with my unwavering belief in the human spirit,
