In 2015, I founded GeekThink Films, the first fully integrated K-8 film program in the United States. The idea was simple, to empower kids and help them bring their wildest ideas to the big screen. GeekThink Films lets students take charge—writing, directing, filming, and composing their own musical scores. Every film culminates in an unforgettable red-carpet premiere at a local theater, where the kids showcase their work to the world. Beyond filmmaking, students master the essential skills of creative problem-solving, conflict management, teamwork, and the power of collaboration. It’s where imagination meets action, and kids discover their voice.
